You may return most items within  7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalized or custom products

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your receipt.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for the same item or a different one, please follow the same return process above, and then place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue by providing a replacement or a full refund.
